The endless pursuit of learning and becoming a better leader, inspiration from like-minded peers, and overall just to be involved in the Small Giants Community.

What is the biggest challenge in your company that you hope the Small Giants Journey will help you solve? 

Keeping people aligned to the vision. We're doing it, but we could be doing it better. Plus, general financial management.

What unique personal talents or expertise do you bring to your Journey cohort? 

Digital marketing and marketing strategy. Also: my experience of initially being a crappy leader at my company and our story of how we changed and became a much more effective Small Giant.
