Why are you on the Small Giants Journey? 

We want to learn and get better. Over the years, I have found immense value in visiting companies with small groups of Small Giants. The value is both in the cohort itself and the companies we visit. We have already found great relationships, new ideas, and deeper understanding on the Journey. It was a no-brainer decision for us.

What is the biggest challenge in your company that you hope the Small Giants Journey will help you solve? 

We want to build a company that lasts for a long time in an industry that is changing rapidly, and we want to be a company that celebrates successful exits.

What unique personal talents or expertise do you bring to your Journey cohort? 

Energy, honest and genuine communication, some experience leading as a Small Giant, and a willingness to learn and share.

Briefly, what does your company look like after the Journey has been completed? What is your vision for your company after the Small Giants Journey is complete?

We have begun to offer tours of Call-Em-All before our weekly lunch. We have become comfortable putting ourselves out there as a company that can teach aspects of being a Small Giant, even though we are always working on improving ourselves. This focus on helping others holds us accountable and keeps us sharp. So, our culture is stronger than ever and our company is healthy and resilient.
