Why are you on the Small Giants Journey? 

I'm on the Small Giants Journey to learn how to help Small Giants' principles permeate throughout our company. We are really strong in areas, but still have a lot to learn. The Journey allows me to put focus into how we can improve, while learning from others who bring different strengths to the conversation.

What is the biggest challenge in your company that you hope the Small Giants Journey will help you solve? 

At the moment, I am focused on how we can better implement open-book management and how we can be more established in our communities.

What unique personal talents or expertise do you bring to your Journey cohort? 

For starters, I'm the only female in our cohort, so there's that :) Aside from that perspective, I am not a CEO. I'm an emerging leader within our organization and I have the vantage point of both management and the ground floor. I'm also a marketer and love to teach.

Briefly, what does your company look like after the Journey has been completed? What is your vision for your company after the Small Giants Journey is complete?

My hope is that everyone in the organization will not only know what it means to be a Small Giant, but will work to ensure IMPACT is one in all facets. Our team will own our purpose, understand and be accountable for our financials, and extend our purpose of helping people and their organizations succeed into their communities.
