Why are you on the Small Giants Journey? 

Nearly eleven years into our company journey, I know that what got us here may not get us where we want to go. I'm on the Journey to gain insights, tools, and experiences that will help us cement a solid foundation upon which to launch Vivayic into the next decade of our journey.

What is the biggest challenge in your company that you hope the Small Giants Journey will help you solve? 

One of our greatest challenges as leaders is being disciplined about dedicating time to work on Vivayic as an enterprise. We spend so much time with our heads down, clearing a path for the next month, the next quarter, or the next year. We are hoping that the Journey will give us the space and permission to take the time to lift our heads up, look ahead, and lead with a long-term view.

What unique personal talents or expertise do you bring to your Journey cohort? 

Gosh, this is a tough one! I feel so humbled when I'm with the group. There's a lot of talent in the cohort. I hope my curiosity for learning helps add value to the group discussions. I love figuring out how things work, including other organizations, and hope that my curiosity sparks useful discussions that help everyone grow. 

Briefly, what does your company look like after the Journey has been completed? What is your vision for your company after the Small Giants Journey is complete?

A company that honors the unique culture and traditions we've formed in the first decade of being in business and is ready for the next decade.
