Why are you on the Small Giants Journey? 

To connect with other like-minded leaders, to learn and to improve the culture at Call-Em-All, and to help the Small Giants Community grow.

What is the biggest challenge in your company that you hope the Small Giants Journey will help you solve? 

There's not any one problem. We're just wanting to find where we're weak and strengthen those areas.

What unique personal talents or expertise do you bring to your Journey cohort? 

I've been writing software for 20 years. I like to solve problems big and small and I'm interested in both engineering and art.

Briefly, what does your company look like after the Journey has been completed? What is your vision for your company after the Small Giants Journey is complete?

Call-Em-All will be viewed as a company that has achieved mastery in all of the Small Giants qualities. We'll also be able to help other companies achieve mastery in these qualities as well.
