To continue my leadership growth and build lifelong, intimate relationships with like-minded, successful values-driven leaders. 

What is the biggest challenge in your company that you hope the Small Giants Journey will help you solve? 

There is not one specific challenge we are trying to solve, but we want to continue to strive for more and fine tune all aspects of our company. By focusing on the 6 qualities of a Small Giant, the Journey allows us to refocus on each quality and it provides us with the tools and resources to make them better in our company. 

What unique personal talents or expertise do you bring to your Journey cohort? 

Being a young and inexperienced leader, I might see some things in a different perspective. 

Briefly, what does your company look like after the Journey has been completed? What is your vision for your company after the Small Giants Journey is complete?

Our vision for Tasty Catering after the Journey is continued success and being one of the best and most recognized catering companies in the Chicagoland area, while also being one of the best places to work. More of a personal vision for me is that the Journey will prepare me to take on more of a leadership role and provide me with the resources and relationships to continue to strengthen all 6 qualities at Tasty Catering and continue its legacy as the great company it has always been.
