Why are you on the Small Giants Journey? 

As a five-year-old company, we joined the Journey to learn how to better formalize and ingrain our company culture. We're off to a good start but we are looking for the systems and strategies that can take our culture from good to great. Personally, I'm here to form relationships and exchange ideas with other values-driven business owners. Being placed into a small, close group instead of having to "do the networking" myself is the best part!

What is the biggest challenge in your company that you hope the Small Giants Journey will help you solve? 

Making values a formal part of our organization instead of just something we talk about.

What unique personal talents or expertise do you bring to your Journey cohort? 

I'm passionate about building a company filled with an energy that offers work/life integration for every employee.

Briefly, what does your company look like after the Journey has been completed? What is your vision for your company after the Small Giants Journey is complete?

When you enter our office, you can sense the energy of a group of people inspired by their work and the company they have built together.
