To institutionalize our vision, purpose, and core values so they guide all of our daily decisions and behaviors.  

What is the biggest challenge in your company that you hope the Small Giants Journey will help you solve? 

We are looking to the Journey to give us guidance, structure, and discipline in the process of institutionalizing our vision and values.  

What unique personal talents or expertise do you bring to your Journey cohort? 

We have over 20 years experience investing in a diverse group of public and private businesses and we have developed a unique framework to identify some of the best leadership teams.   

Briefly, what does your company look like after the Journey has been completed? What is your vision for your company after the Small Giants Journey is complete?

We have adopted the best practices on implementing vision, values, and purpose that we learned from our Journey and utilize these on a daily basis when we are making decisions. We feel as if we have mastery over understanding how to apply the principles we have learned. We are also confident we have established a strong foundation we can continually build on.
