To enhance what I've learned so far, learn new things, deepen relationships, and be inspired.

What is the biggest challenge in your company that you hope the Small Giants Journey will help you solve? 

Sales and marketing is our biggest challenge. But I'm not sure I'm looking for the Journey to solve any of the issues we have, as it's been my experience that the visits and relationships help to "chip away" at parts of issues. Over time, we become a better company as a whole through the nuggets of wisdom.

What unique personal talents or expertise do you bring to your Journey cohort? 

Ahhhh, that's a tough one. I'm curious? Is that a talent? We run the EOS model and The Great Game of Business (GGOB) pretty well? Is that a talent? I go to bed early and eat leaves . . . oh, I guess that's not really a talent, it's just annoying to most. Sorry.  

Briefly, what does your company look like after the Journey has been completed? What is your vision for your company after the Small Giants Journey is complete?

It's 2019 and imageOne has doubled its bottom line in part due to the many nuggets of wisdom and relationships gained over the past three years.  Our culture is even stronger than when we started and the leaders of our company have learned so much about what it takes to get to the next level to achieve our 2026 Vision.
