Why are you on the Small Giants Journey? 

We are ready to mature to the next stage of our business. We have great things going and now we want to invest the time into ensuring we have a healthy company for years to come. The Journey gives us a chance to learn from the best and work with a trusted cohort to figure out how to apply key learnings within Vivayic. 

What is the biggest challenge in your company that you hope the Small Giants Journey will help you solve? 

Figuring out how to establish a long-term vision that inspires our team and aligning roles and responsibilities to best position us to execute on that vision. 

What unique personal talents or expertise do you bring to your Journey cohort? 

I started my career as an agriculture and shop teacher for junior high and high school students. I love the challenge of getting people excited about learning and then seeing the confidence of people that have acquired a skill they never thought was possible.  

Briefly, what does your company look like after the Journey has been completed? What is your vision for your company after the Small Giants Journey is complete?

Vivayic is focused on relationships and projects that advance our purpose in the world. We remain profitable and deeply engaged, while having a greater sense of clarity and confidence in our future.
