Hey friends,

I wanted to take a quick moment to introduce myself as the new leader of the Small Giants Community.

Some of you I’ve known for years, others I’ve met briefly at a Summit or two—and many of you I’ve yet to meet. Whether we’ve connected or not, I’m incredibly grateful to be stepping into this role and joining you in shaping what comes next for this community we all care so deeply about.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be hosting a few “Coffee with Jean” sessions and town halls so we can get to know each other, hear your ideas, and keep building on the strong foundation that Paul, Hamsa, Bo, and all of you have created.
